What is the Automotive Technology program?

The purpose of this program is to provide specialized automotive technician training, classroom instruction and practical shop experience to prepare individuals to engage in the entry level servicing and maintenance of all types of automobiles. The competencies in the automotive technician training program directly correlate with the knowledge required for the certification test given by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

  • Admissions Application (submitted online)
  • Proof of immunization or signed waiver
  • Proof of Selective Service if required
  • Driver's License or photo ID
  • ACCUPLACER test prior to enrollment or ACT/SAT scores accepted
  • Official transcripts from accredited high school or HISET/GED and colleges/universities, if applciable
  • Admission to various programs may require additional documentation
